According to the Decision, Operating structure for IPA Component II  is: Head of Operating structure; Directorate for European Integration – Division for EU Assistance Coordination, Department for Cross-border, International and special EU Assistance Programmes to BiH; Ministry of Finance and Treasury B-H – Central Contracting and  Financing Unit (CFCU).

The Council of Ministers of B-H defined Proposal Basics for conclusion of a Finance Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Committee of European Communities for Cross-Border Cooperation Programme between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2010 under the IPA Component II – Cross-Border Cooperation.  

The Council of Ministers of B-H defined Proposal basics for conclusion of a Finance Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Committee of European Communities for Cross-Border Cooperation Programme between Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2010 under the IPA Component II –Cross-Border Cooperation.  

The proposer, Ministry of Finance and Treasury, will provide the Proposal Basics to the B-H Presidency for further procedure, and head of the Directorate for European Integrations Nevenka Savić is proposed as the B-H signatory of the Agreement.
