Instruction on the procedure of realisation of customs and tax exemptions
With the approval of Delegation of the European Union to BiH, Ministry of Finance and Treasury BiH and Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic relations, in accordance with Framework Agreement between BiH and the Commission of the European Communities on the rules for Co-operation concerning EC financial assistance to BiH under IPA; Director of Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH took Instruction on the procedure of realisation of customs and tax exemptions.
The Instruction will be in force 8 days after publication in Official Gazette of BiH (19.09.2011.). The Instruction text is available in Bosnian language and you can read it here
The Councel of Ministries on IPA funds
Upon a proposal of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury, the Council of Ministers of B-H, by a majority vote, took a Decision to set-up operative structures for implementation of the cross-border cooperation programme with the Instrument of Pre-Accession Assistance beneficiary countries.
According to the Decision, Operating structure for IPA Component II is: Head of Operating structure; Directorate for European Integration – Division for EU Assistance Coordination, Department for Cross-border, International and special EU Assistance Programmes to BiH; Ministry of Finance and Treasury B-H – Central Contracting and Financing Unit (CFCU).
At 153. session, the Council of Ministers, upon proposal of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury, adopted Decision on establishing control system for cross-border programmes with EU member states.
The aim of this Decision is to establish the First level control for cross-border and transnational programmes, in which BiH takes part under IPA Component II and are implemented in shared management.
